About Eric Elzy

As a Designer, my specialty lies in blending business goals and player motivations together into world class features & content. Doing so creates thriving games with happy communities that not only reach, but exceed their KPIs. In other words, I’m all about finding that perfect harmony between what players love and what the business needs. As a leader, I tend to take a similar approach. I believe we all work our best when we're treated with respect and understanding. And I also believe we're all striving to make the best game we possibly can. So I trust my team and give them guided ownership of features while staying deeply involved in playtests and iteration loops. Ultimately, my goal is to create a team culture that’s empathic, player-first, data-informed, and creatively empowered. In practice, this means I create Live Ops Strategies to guide designers and Product Managers. I build content release plans with the team to ensure we always know where we're going. And I lead my teams in creating player-first, but KPI focused, content & features so we are always making sure what we do supports the business AND Players.
