About Eric Estevez

My very first job was as a janitor for my local community college. I would wake up at five o'clock every morning to scrub bathroom floors. Eighteen year old me didn't care about sleeping in or getting a bit dirty. The only thing that mattered was that I was experiencing what hard work and income felt like at a young age, a pleasure that some take for granted. I would also find myself working retail during the night, after I had finished with my school work. As a retail sales associate, I learned to promote products and aid with customer concerns. After hours of work and essays at the city college, I was accepted to the University of California, Santa Barbara to pursue my Bachelor in Communication. During my time at UCSB, I learned that I am passionate about consumer behaviors as well as the way in which technology and design can help build a sustainable future. Using this passion, I thrived when conducting research, managing projects, and eventually graduating from the university, all while keeping a "can-do attitude". Now, I am currently looking to add as much value as I can to the Flock Freight team. A great company that is advancing the logistics industry with new and innovative technology.
