About Eric Fabozzi

I am currently working as a power sector modeller at the International Energy Agency (IEA) for the World Energy Outlook. After earning my first Master of Science in Renewable Energy from École Polytechnique, I then completed a second master degree in International Energy at Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs. Before my experience in the energy sector, I worked as a manufacturing research and development engineer at Boeing for four years. I earned two magna cum laude Bachelor of Science degrees; one in Aerospace Engineering and the other in Mechanical Engineering, both from West Virginia University. During that time, I worked with GE Aviation and Siemens Gas Turbines on key research projects. As the energy transitions require a holistic approach and understanding, my experiences and education have been intentionally diversified to include modelling, engineering, manufacturing, project development, research, economics, market dynamics, policy, diplomacy, and analytics.
