As the Chief Operations Officer at Christian Planner, I lead a ranked #92 Inc. 500 DTC E-commerce company that offers products and services to help people live intentionally and grow spiritually. With over 15 years of experience in operations management, leadership, performance improvement, and finance, I am passionate about integrating vision and strategy with execution and excellence, and empowering and inspiring people to achieve their full potential. In my current role, I have transformed the organization from debt to profitability within one year, managed a global supply chain team across different regions, and spearheaded go-to-market strategies for various product/service offerings. I have also streamlined operations, finance, and supply chain processes, and overcome market inhibitors during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of my notable achievements include integrating new revenue channels, executing a successful merger with a non-profit organization, and optimizing agency services. I hold an MBA from California State University-East Bay, where I was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which enables me to drive operational efficiencies with measurable outcomes.
