Background
About Eric Fleutelot
Eric Fleutelot has extensive experience in community health, grant management, and program management. Until September 2014, he served as Deputy CEO of @Sidaction, a French HIV NGO, where he was responsible for international affairs and programs. Following this, from 2014, he worked as Regional Counselor for Global Health in Southeast Asia, based at the French Embassy in Bangkok. In this role, he oversaw the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs' investments in health (primarily through multilateral contributions) and public health policies across 10 Southeast Asian countries. Since April 2019, Eric has been leading the "Major Pandemics" cluster at Expertise France, which includes "L’Initiative," the French set-aside facility for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria. His work focuses on implementing technical assistance and providing additional funding for catalytic projects in 40 countries. He also manages the SUCCESS program, aimed at secondary prevention of cervical cancer in four countries, supported by Unitaid.
