Background
About Eric Fonteyne
Technoptimist and Agilist are 2 words that define me quite well. Technoptimist because I've been fascinated by technology (and IT in particular) for years, convinced that it will take us into a new dimension. However, experience has taught me that technology alone is nothing and that it's important to embed it in values and a vision that will take us into this new ‘ideal’ dimension. And that's where agility comes in, or the way in which ideas emerge collectively and iteratively: don't forget that IT is (still today) made by humans for humans. So I'm convinced that an agile approach to technology will enable us to enter this new ‘ideal’ dimension, and I'm working every day to help it emerge.
