About Eric Forseth

My primary motivations are centered in helping organizations and people achieve beyond their human potential. My interests are to seek achievements that address helping others develop to their full potential in different ways. Nurturing the potential for growth, health, education, relationships, community and programs is of primary interest. Past roles to accomplish these ends have included the following: Shepherd, Gallup Strength and Predictive Index certified trainer, provider of unique services, leader of leaders and competitive teams, organizer of events that bring a community together, developer of educational programs/standards/curricula, teacher, speaker, committee chair/member, promotions/fundraising, ambassador, organizer of programs focused on internal and external relations. Frequently, any success that has been accomplished has been through collaboration with others. In professional roles, consult, invite others for critical review, and anticipate colleagues to make initial ideas more robust, deeper, and more effective. Engage others at key points where special expertise, access to fundamental models or common sense solutions needs to be implemented.
