I aspire to develop close interpersonal relationships with people. I search for the value inherent to each person. I work hard to emulate these values in my day-to-day interactions with people. I am an engineer that thrives on good communication. My personal and professional experiences have helped teach me the following things about myself: I can create varied solutions to unique problems-My philosophy is that there is always a way to get from A to B-I have an intuition for how to get there, but I prefer sitting down with a team to plan out details-I aim to create solutions in cost effective ways that provide value to businesses and individuals around me. I love to analyze and improve current processes-I know how to gather and assess data used for optimizing products-I seek out ways to find cost savings in safe, effective manners-I hold myself to the highest level of integrity and never cut corners. I see the value unique to all individuals-I strive to meet new people and find out about them and their perspective-I endeavor to learn about people and then proceed to push and encourage them towards success-I have organized, led, and spoken at events with 70+ people-I have a super cool icebreaker handshake that never fails to create new positive relationships.
