Innovating in Property Technology: Prior to my tenure with Sinvin, I immersed myself in the world of property technology. Collaborating with firms bridging the gap between the built environment and technology, I played a key role in supporting business development efforts. Pioneering Retail Ventures: Ana Luisa's NYC Debut: A highlight of my career includes guiding Ana Luisa, an eco-freindly direct-to-consumer jewelry brand, in opening their first-ever New York City location. From idea to execution, we were able to help the brand understand the different markets and find a space that would give the best experience for their customers and help with brand exposure. Happy Tuna Citywide Rollout: I'm currently working on the citywide rollout of Happy Tuna, an innovative sushi concept emphasizing high-quality yet affordable sushi. As a strategic collaborator, I play a role in establishing Happy Tuna as a sought-after destination across the city. Gray Matters' Innovative Space: I assisted Gray Matters in opening a unique New York store that also functions as their office. This innovative concept harmoniously blends commerce and creativity, offering a distinctive space for both customers and the brand's internal team. Oak and Fort's Soho Presence: Collaborating closely with the Oak and Fort team and brokers, I played a pivotal role in the realization of their Soho location. Through strategic outreach, we brought the brand's distinctive aesthetic to life in the bustling streets of Soho. Diverse Ventures Beyond Brokerage: My passion for retail extends beyond brokerage; post-undergrad, I founded a direct-to-consumer cocktail packet company, demonstrating my entrepreneurial spirit and love for healthy alternatives. Educational Foundation: I have a B.A. in History from Union College and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from NYU. At Union, I did my Thesis on the development of Newport, RI through the Rum Trade. At NYU, I did my thesis on residential development on Hilton Head Island, SC. Soho Aficionado: Beyond the office, my connection to Soho is not just professional; it's personal.
