I have over 25 years of experience in sustainability and clean energy project and program management, working with a wide range of state government customers to support and facilitate implementation of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and decarbonization efforts. Directing the Leading by Example Division for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has enabled me to work with all levels of state government, from agency commissioners and college presidents, to CFOs, to facility managers and the staff who oversee day-to-day management of state facilities. Through management and oversight of the Commonwealth's $54.9 million ARRA grant, I helped to bring to successful completion hundreds of clean energy projects, some of which were simple utility-led lighting retrofits, while some were cutting edge, like the deep energy retrofit at a multi-family building in Boston, or the multi-million real-time energy metering projects at 25 million square feet of state buildings.
