CAREER SUMMARY: Career began in territory sales, progressed through national accounts sales, and grew to general management. Achieved progression of increased responsibility for companies including Crayola, Rand McNally, Coors Brewing Company and The Sunflower Group. Upon reaching the Director of Sales level, responsibilities increased to include managing personnel, budgeting, annual business planning, P&L ownership, and process improvement. Earned Green Belt Designation in Six Sigma, and continued leading projects to improve profitability while increasing sales.
