Training internal support teams, creating custom documentation, updating internal KB articles for advanced knowledge transfer to support teams. Providing guidance for setup of additional MobileIron Infrastructure with various internal teams. I've worked primarily with Apple / Mac Systems for the past 15 years. I use my educational knowledge and technical expertise to implement and support a niche creative environment. Allowing me to help users effectively and painlessly collaborate on projects, leveraging many different technologies to allow large amounts of Data to be used effectively and seamlessly- I am able to easily explain complex technical ideas and solutions that anyone can understand- I learn quickly and can adapt and adjust to any project or idea- I love to learn and discover new technologies and figure out if those technologies can be leverage to allow for a better workflow- Enjoy planning and implementing a solution for a group of users that allows them to work better together- I will chat about backups with anyone that wants to discuss.
