OPEN TO RE-LOCATION Security Management professional with over 20 years of experience of contract guard force, investigations and in house security. This encompassed hospitality industry (hotels, nightclubs. special event venues), DOD contractor facilities, military installations, residential (apartments, gated communities/ HOA), retail (uniform security and loss prevention), gaming facilities, executive protection, industrial MARSEC locations, manufacturing and warehouse facilities. In addition, experience in video surveillance consisting of all facets of live monitoring, interactive voice down, and operations command center. I have lead investigations related to background checks, fugitive recovery, property recovery, criminal/fraud activity, surveillance and undercover operations. I enjoy reviewing data in operations and contracts to pinpoint areas of revenue loss related to reduction in profit due to overtime, staffing,retention and incompatible policies. My favorite place to be is in the classroom or in the field training team members on customer service, job skills, and safety procedures.
