Eric has experience assisting middle market companies and private equity firms in both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Recent M&A projects include buy-side due diligence for healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer product companies and sell-side transaction support for an industrial printing company. Prior to joining CBIZ, Eric was a Senior Director of Finance and Operations at RuMe, Inc. and a Supervisor in RSM McGladrey's Financial Advisory services practice. Eric graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accountancy. Additionally, Eric received a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant.
