Experienced and passionate Risk Management and Insurance Professional; always seeking creative solutions to assist clients with managing their total cost of risk. Insurance career started in 1993 with Liberty Mutual as an all-lines claims adjuster in Novi, MI. Later was promoted to a Senior Case Manager specializing in workers' compensation. In 1995, joined Chubb Insurance as a multi-line Claim Examiner. After a year, was promoted to Litigation Examiner. In relocated to the Chesapeake, VA Chubb office to be part of the implantation team. While at the service center, held two positions: Southeast Claim Supervisor and Senior Learning and Development Consultant. In 2002, expanded my insurance background by accepting the Regional Claim Business Consultant position in the Pittsburgh, PA Chubb branch. Key responsibility was to service National Accounts while working with Loss Control, Underwriting and Claims. Focus was on servicing large risk management customers that where Self Insured, contained Large Deductibles, or were part of a Captive program. During this time, had dealings with several large third party administrators. Currently working for Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. as the State Director for both Michigan and Ohio. Overseeing the operations, sales and fiscal responsibility for the two states. Well-rounded insurance background by accumulating experience in claims, account management, and alternative markets.
