About Eric Girard

Always looking for new challenges and opportunities! In my previous role at National Bank, I did work in collaboration with Account Managers and their clients to facilitate their ownership transition (Family, LBO, MBO) by helping them through the process and to structure the financing with senior/junior debt, private equity, etc. My objective was simply to make sure all aspects were taken care of.that implies HR aspects (Buyer and Vendor), business valuation, purchase price, sale and purchase agreement and then structuring the financing with all actors. I was an active member of the Toronto M&A Club and ACP (Association for Corporate Growth) up to the fall of 2018. Specialties: Ownership Transition (M&A's), Agriculture, Personal and Commercial Banking.
