About Eric Goforth

I am passionate about helping organizations improve their infrastructure asset management practices. I completed a Ph.D. in infrastructure asset management focused on improving the view of asset management within an organization as a system of interconnected components. My Ph.D. has taught me the skills necessary to look at a very complex problem and break it down into manageable tasks that can be accomplished to produce quantifiable deliverables. I use this methodology to help clients take their complex problems and break them down into digestible pieces. This provides solutions that can be implemented in phases so that clients don't experience too much change at the same time, which helps the changes stick in their organization over the long-term.
