My passion lies in strategic customer engagement, where I lead customer research efforts to uncover actionable requirements, I enjoy collaborating across diverse teams building trust and driving key results. Solving complex problems and going where the data leads is what I love to do through clarity, energy and delivery. Bringing impactful change in people behaviors, processes, practices and my product portfolio is so much fun! Developing and leading high-performing teams, fostering strong relationships, and always leading with an authentic, Microsoft-inspired approach are key obsessions. I have proven my ability to deliver innovative products, streamline processes, and make a positive impact on any mission in my Microsoft career. I received 4 Microsoft promotions, Microsoft Vice President Gold Star Award 4 times, a Microsoft Leadership Award and a Microsoft Cross Team Excellence Award. Outside of my Microsoft career, I received a GTE Academic All-American Tennis Player award and was inducted to Penn State Behrend Sports Hall of Fame.
