30years of education and consulting experience. Recently achieved ITIL 4 MPT, CDS and DPI great addition to the Change management OCM and communication areas covered in so many bodies of knowledge. I created a 20 week program for them using the latest ITIL 4 curriculum with 23 students strong they will all be able to pass the certification. Moving forward I also created a Customer Support Skills class, a Communications class, and an English class.
