About Eric Graham

Eric has over 4 years Program Management experience on Flight Training Systems. This experience ranges from proposal manager of proposals of greater than $100M to program manager of several awarded contracts totaling over $150M. As a program manager Eric is responsible for all aspects of program execution, earned value, risk and opportunity management, and successful delivery to the customer. As a proposal manager Eric led the proposal team through development of all proposal artifacts and necessary governance reviews for submittal to the customer. This was preceded by 8 years of Systems Engineering experience on Flight Training Systems and Logistics Systems. This experience ranges from proposal technical lead to Integration & Test Lead to Product Lead and Product Subject Matter Expert. The experience covers all phases of the program life-cycle; Proposals, Kick-off, Requirements Review, Preliminary/Critical Design Reviews, Development/Integration/Test, Factory/Site Acceptance Test, and Sustainment. Extensive experience in working with subcontractors has been gained across multiple programs as well as experience dealing with foreign and domestic Military customers. Eric is an acting Control Account Manager and is certified as a LM21 Lean Processes Greenbelt. Eric has been accepted into the Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems Program Management Development Program class of 2020. Eric has been recognized for his contributions to the UKMFTS program. Eric received the TLS All In award from the TLS VP/GM for efforts supporting the first Ready for Training Use for the UKMFTS Fixed Wing training program. Eric has also received a NextGen Bronze award from the RMS Engineering & Technology Vice President and a NextGen Bronze award from the TLS Engineering Director for program execution.
