About Eric Grau

As President of Olberding Brand Family, my role is to ensure that the company continues to grow profitably by providing market leading value for our consumer product and printer clients. In an ever changing environment with rapidly expanding technology and countless competitors, it takes a united workforce to achieve this. Thus my leadership style is grounded in supporting the people around me. My view is that while I own the most senior position, value for our clients (and thus greatness for our company) will be driven by the people who call our company home, starting with our leadership team. Therefore, my leadership approach is to first cast a vision for where we can go and then empower my team to challenge it, to refine it, and make it better. Then their role is to chart the path to bring it to life and my role is to provide whatever support is necessary to help them do so. Further, I encourage them to do the same things with their teams so that ultimately we have an empowered company focused lock step on driving value for our clients and each other. While I may be the first domino, only by unlocking the greatness of those who surround me will I achieve my objectives.
