About Eric Gunawan

I am a team player. I work best when I'm being supported by others. Why work alone when you can work together to solve issues and finish projects quickly? There are of course certain limit to a man's capability. But that doesn't mean I cannot work on my own. In the last few years, most of my works are being done alone and with the help of a good support team, I can go on my own, taking decisions and finishing projects. I like learning something new. Across my job, I've learnt quite a lot, and by applying them over and over to my work, I learn to master them in order to finish my work fast and flawlessly. Having the internet on the side also helps a lot on learning things faster. A lot of people are willing to share their knowledge, so why not learn from them? Being working in an international company has helped me improve my English a lot, orally and written. I can give a good explanation in both ways and I can understand what people are telling me, something that is very important when working with non-Indonesian people. On working, mostly I would prefer to finish one task at a time, just to make sure that I give the right focus and full attention to the task so I can achieve the best result possible. Of course, if it is not possible to finish the task, I am open to work on other tasks. After all, multi tasking is what life is all about. I like challenges. The way I see it, overcoming challenges are the best way to improve myself and learn new experiences.
