At the General Services Administration (GSA), I serve as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, I lead over 15 financial, enterprise, and AI/ML-related projects using Scrum, Agile, and traditional waterfall methodologies. I act as product owner in various initiatives, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and quick delivery of value. I also lead cross-functional teams to implement streamlined operations, standardize processes and documentation, and drive continuous improvement. Prior to joining GSA, I worked as an HR Business Analyst at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), where I collaborated with human capital leaders to deliver cross-functional data solutions that advanced strategic priorities and boosted employee engagement. I ensured the accurate and timely delivery of bi-annual employee engagement and satisfaction survey reports, significantly improving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. I also have experience as a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo, where I conducted comprehensive credit underwriting for small and medium-sized businesses by analyzing financial statements, performing ratio analysis, forecasting trends, and identifying risk factors. I hold a Master of Science in Finance and MBA from Portland State University, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification, and a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS).
