I’m an operations and training leader with over 30 years of experience in the equipment rental and construction industry, having progressed from washing equipment to leading district operations and company-wide training and leadership development programs. That journey has given me a unique perspective — I don’t just build training programs, I build training that works in the real world of branch operations, sales, service, and dispatch. Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives focused on branch performance, leadership development, onboarding, safety, and operational excellence. I’ve built manager training programs, implemented learning management systems, developed field training programs, and worked closely with operations and executive leadership to ensure training initiatives support real business goals like safety performance, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and employee development. My passion is developing people who run the business — Branch Managers, Inside Sales, Dispatch, and Service leaders, and helping companies create scalable training systems that support growth, consistency, and leadership pipelines across multiple locations.
