About Eric Harmon

Coupled with extensive experience and education in design and construction, business, mentoring and developing people, I strongly believe that I'm a good fit for an organization that desires exceptional talent and creating possibilities in a well-balanced lifestyle. I desire to work with a team that cultivates new ideas and possibilities, and love to share my vision and passion to be a valued asset to an organization fitting my experiences and talents. In my previous roles, from my first job as a young teenage supervisor, to an owner of a national residential design and engineering firm, I exercised a calculated and methodical approach to providing opportunities to problem solving and adaptability. While I am independently motivated, I appreciate a collective calibration approach to my management skill set. Moreover, I am passionate about a mentoring approach to providing a solution-based outcome in all facets of the team and customers’ experience. With 30+ years in customer service, and construction and business management, I am sure my skill set will shine with organizations seeking a strong visionary with high standings in the industry. I continually embrace reinventing myself through education and evolving as the world changes. I am very excited by opportunities for better work/family balance, and am interested in further exploration to demonstrate my abilities and vast knowledge/experience in leadership and team growth in new and exhilarating environments.
