I've been lucky to be a part of exceptional Executive Teams overseeing all aspects of business and thrive in small to medium sized organizations with the potential for sustainable growth. I've overseen the explosive growth of a startup as well as the more measured yet significant growth of established Brands. I've built and readied organizations for organic growth as well as investment from Venture, Private Equity as well as Strategic Partners. There is no cookie cutter for success and that's the fun of it all. Identifying and committing to a Vision and grounding your Brand with a Mission/Purpose is key. Most importantly, invest in people. Internal or external, people are the core of a successful Brand and whether solving consumer's problems with innovative products or building up a coworker's skills and self worth, PEOPLE are the cornerstone of success.
