I am a results-driven Continuous Improvement Engineer II with a passion for optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and leveraging data to support strategic decision-making. My career began in the Manufacturing Development Program at Niagara Bottling, where I gained hands-on experience across all plant functions and developed a strong foundation in operational excellence. Currently, I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and lead company-wide continuous improvement initiatives across multiple facilities. My role involves spearheading high-impact projects, mentoring junior engineers, and developing data-driven solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Some of my key projects include: Leading a 450-hour data collection initiative to optimize staffing models across multiple plants Developing a Fault Tracker dashboard to provide real-time insights into downtime trends, successfully implemented across four locations Automating 30+ hours of manual forklift tasks by integrating Automated Laser-Guided Vehicles (LGV) I am also pursuing my MBA at Oklahoma State University, with a focus on strengthening my leadership, strategic management, and business acumen. Outside of work, I am an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys wakeboarding, dirtbike riding, hiking, snowboarding, and camping. I thrive on adventure and problem-solving—whether in nature or in the workplace.
