Ich arbeite Teilzeit in der GIZ und nebenberuflich als selbstständiger Berater. Seit 1986 habe ich Erfahrung in der IT und leitete von 2006 bis 2019 die IT-Abteilung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ)(100 Mitarbeiter, 28 Mio. € Budget). Davor war ich ab 1995 im Lufthansakonzern IT-Projektleiter und Abteilungsleiter in verschiedenen Funktionen. Mich interessiert besonders, wie Führungskräfte in hierarchischen Unternehmen agieren können, um erfolgreich die Digitalisierung voranzubringen und erfolgreiche IT-Projekte zu ermöglichen.
