Experienced Information Technology Infrastructure Manager with a demonstrated history. My Strength as a Leader in the I.T. organization is I have the ability to lead by example, delegate appropriately, and hold people accountable while building a culture of rapid response to business needs of my C-Level Executives. I do this through teamwork, excellent communication skills, and most importantly understanding the end goals of the company. I hold myself and my team to the highest standard to propel our department as a proactive partner with Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations. I've built a team of “go getters” to lead the company ahead of its competition through leading technology solutions and execution. I effectively Identify leaders within the technology team and create groups that work well together to align with the strategic goals of Departmental Leadership. I truly believe that people are your best asset and I maintain a culture of positive leadership, innovation, and successful project implementation. I also take pride in my loyalty and passion for the success of the information technology team as a proactive leader amongst all our departments.
