About Eric Henderson

I’m a versatile teacher, mentor and coach with experience on the collegiate level, NFL and UFL; Experienced in developing and recruiting talent and building relationships to achieve long term goals; Interested in making an immediate contribution to a football program. I developed my coaching technique and philosophy under the teachings of respected coaches like Marvin Lewis, Chan Gailey, Giff Smith,Jon Tenuta, Bert Williams, Glenn Spencer, Frank Wilson and Mike Gundy who are all affiliated with teams and players that have a winning tradition. Talent, skill, and preparation are indeed paramount. However, fine tuning the details and adopting a champions mentality is what separates the good players from the great ones. My goal is to take what I have learned from them and insert my own personal strengths to help teams and players reach their full potential.
