About Eric Hess

So, who is Eric? I’m a husband, a son, a brother, an uncle, a friend of many, a lover of a good laugh, and a storyteller who loves to get creative (and can be a bit of a fanatic about it). My mediums include landscapes, interiors, and, professionally, narratives drawn from human mindset and behavior. Insights gets me up Monday through Friday but not first without starting with a cup of coffee, NYT and the games, and a workout. I love the process of finding that A-HAH when a story is born. I equate this to a puzzle, starting with an ultimate question from which many pieces form. Put together creatively, the pieces fuel thought, strategy, and inspiration. I distinctly remember the moment when I realized that I’m rather good at this. I call it my Eureka moment and have never looked back, building a toolkit that I’ve most recently leveraged to create an in-house model for community-based learning for CVS Health. This model saves the company over two million dollars annually and inspires many stakeholders across the organization. And, the more cerebral, the more fun! I’ve been lucky to work with many Fortune 500 companies including CVS Health, Nestle, Pepsi, Macy’s, Goldman Sachs, etc. This creative journey has taught me to navigate challenging waters and find the ideal niche for my talents and curiosity.
