About Eric Holman

Eric's Story Eric Holman, born in Victoria, B.C, embodies the spirit of a seasoned traveler. The son of a retired Canadian Military Officer, Eric's life has been a series of relocations and adventures. From Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, to Calgary, Alberta, and even overseas to Germany, his family's journey finally settled in the Canadian maritime region at Halifax, Nova Scotia. The constant movement became Eric's way of life, fostering an appreciation for the challenges and newness that each location brought. His extensive travel experiences also led him to live and work in the United Kingdom, further broadening his perspective on different cultures and lifestyles. Given his background in Military relocations, Eric's natural inclination toward the Real Estate industry was no surprise. Currently serving as a Real Estate Consultant/REALTOR® with The Real Estate Team at Century 21 Trident Realty in Dartmouth, NS, Eric has been an integral part of the industry since 2007. Driven by a passion to make a positive impact professionally, socially, and through education, Eric has been actively involved in various roles. He served as the Communications Officer with the New Brunswick Real Estate Association (NBREA) before returning to the Halifax/Dartmouth area. There, he joined the Da Silva Gosse Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Select Realty before transitioning back to a solo agent role. Eric is now one of the Team Leads with The Real Estate Team powered by eXp Realty of Canada Beyond his real estate expertise, Eric is a dedicated soccer coach with the United Dartmouth Football Club (UDFC). Holding a National C level coaching certification, he works with diverse age groups and youths within the club, bringing his passion for mentoring and leadership to the soccer field. Eric's skill set extends beyond real estate, encompassing Digital Media Marketing, Tech Savvy capabilities, Tech Coaching, REALTORS® training, and Social Media expertise. Whether managing, training, coaching, or consulting on social media matters, Eric Holman is a multifaceted professional making significant contributions to both the real estate industry and the community at large.
