We have some of the very best niche products available for Medical Professionals, High Net Worth and High Income borrowers, but also for First-Time Homebuyers and lower income borrowers. I close out of state transactions across the U.S, as well as Construction/Permanent loans, Bridge loans, HELOCs and Zero Closing Cost loans, and have been incredibly successful in finding creative and innovative ways to get complicated and challenging transactions approved!
