I have served the over Agency employees through the launch of 21st Century PolicyNet, our next generation search engine, learning library, and the only authoritative source of Policy and Procedure Agencywide. With the release of the mySSA Retirement Calculator, empowered the public nationwide with a powerful tool that allows for informed Retirement decisions. Since the launch in 2019, it has been utilized over 200 million times, receiving a Forsee customer satisfaction score higher than Google.
