Reverse Engineer. That’s me. I am fascinated with origin stories; understanding how someone or something got to where they are today. What was the motivation? How did it start? What problem were they trying to solve? It helps me to gain a clearer perspective to help me find and connect all the dots. Whether it’s uncovering hidden motives in negotiations, brainstorming product enhancements, crafting client-tailored sales presentations, learning a new language, or changing organizational processes, I always want to uncover what others may brush off. I find passion in uncovering those often hidden nuances that truly unclench a stalemate and connect ideas that may seem disjointed at first. Very curious and dubbed “the tinker” by my team, I am always exploring and thinking of new ways of doing, seeing, listening, and analyzing. Bring me in on a conundrum, a dead-end, or sensitive issue, and I’ll flip it inside-out to find the path forward. The same can be said for people. People want to be heard and understood. I am naturally a bit of an observer at first, but once the ice is broken, I want to learn about you. What makes you you? And with an international background and multilingual, I truly value and honor humanity’s differences and seek mutual understanding. Passions and Interests: learning languages (French, Spanish, Turkish, Swahili, Mandarin), cultural exchanges, tinkering (Don’t worry. I won’t hit the “red button”), servant leadership, Africa, ideation and brainstorming.
