My focus on people and people development are the foundation for everything I do. Third, my parents instilled a strong work ethic, a passion for work beyond money or status, and becoming the best possible version of myself, with the goal of contributing to something larger than ‘self’. As a result, I have five key strengths that differentiate me from my peers.(1) Analytics -'If you can't measure it, you can't manage it'.(2) Communication - I use strong social skills to build and maintain the necessary relationships, both internal and external.(3) Teamwork - Alignment of people and processes is the key to teamwork, and this comes from asking questions, listening, getting feedback and execution.
