I was a Senior Customer Support Analyst for Deltek Systems where I was responsible for maintaining application and technical support for Deltek’s vast customer base. I was also the Testing Coordinator for EMC Claims for Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon for 20 years. I have a strong knowledge base with server installation and migration as well as Electronic Data Interchange and Distributed Systems. I consider myself flexible, a team player and well organized. I know how to manage my time well to finish tasks on schedule. I believe being available to internal and external customers for questions or concerns is a main priority. Under my direction, my Customer Support unit showed marked improvements not only from a Customer Support standpoint, but also for the morale of the employees and customer base involved. As far as my EMC experience, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon experienced an increase in providers submitting electronically due to my diligence in testing provider data, thus increasing the volume of claims received electronically.
