About Eric J. Christ

Over the past 24 years of working with others I have learned many valuable lessons. Some have not always been easy but well worth it because these lessons in life have shaped and changed my way of life. I have learned to respect all people and keep my eyes and ears open at all times. In order to help others to make there jobs easier or to improve things you must treat all people that there opinions and issues will all be heard. Then assure others you plan to help them fix as many and if possible all there issues in order to be successful! With age I have also learned to walk before you run. This is key to being a great leader! Never give up maybe take a walk but then come back, giving up is not an option! Treat people as if they are your own family and treat the company you work for as if you built it from the ground up! Always keep a healthy balance of work and family time as too much of one or the other can cause you to fail at both and that’s not good for family or for your employer.
