Results oriented sales leader with 20 years experience in health care, sales, training, leadership and sales management. Proven self-starter with track record of continued growth and developement earning 4 level promotions as well as being promoted into sales managment in 2009. In February of 2014, I was promoted as Manager of Corporatized Accounts responsible for 1) Leading, motivating, and developing Corporatized Account Specialist; 2) Build and enhance strategic partnerships with target corporatized accounts in Western Pennslyvania; and 3) Define and execute a corporatized account strategy across the Astellas portfolio. As the Manager of Corporatized Accounts, I led 3 Retail Corporatized Account Specialist responsible for generating revenue with our Over Active Bladder Franchise as well as leading 2 Non-Retail Corporatized Account Specialist responsible for generating revenue for our Hospital and Transplant Product Portfolio. In 2016, I began a new role as an "Access & Reimbursement Director” covering PA, WV, NJ & DE. I’m this role, supported case management and the prescription journey for the Astellas Oncology & Hospital/Transplant Product Portfolio. In 2021, I was promoted to Senior Director of access and reimbursement for the Northeast where I am part of a team that creates and supports the long term strategy for patient access snd affordability programs. I offer proven leadership which centers around my entrepreneurial and innovative mindset to successfully navigate through the evolving healthcare landscape. Outside of Pharma, I serve on the executive board of directors and finance committee at a leading healthcare system in the state of WV.
