For several years, I worked in the field of on-line recruitment at Stepstone as a Customer Service Manager, Recruiter and Project Manager. In this framework, I developed various operational skills in these domains. Open to innovation, very interested in new technologies, I'm rigourous, structured and stress resistant. Former Member of the Belgian Parliament (ECOLO), I have completed an international MBA program at the Solvay Business School (Brussels) and the École des Ponts ParisTech (Paris). Having developed a set of Politics-related skills - communication on complex issues, consensus building, stakeholder management - I can bring value to cross-functional, geographically distributed and multi-cultural teams. Fluent in 3 languages - FR, EN, NL - my career spans 15 years of diversified professional experiences (I am also a Certified English and Dutch Teacher).
