I have a passion for creating breakthrough technology and building strong brands. I possess a diverse engineering background ranging from biosensors and implantable medical devices to industrial safety PPE, and extensive experience running a brand-intensive, technology driven business. Mr. Jaeger possesses an extensive foundation in biomedical engineering, specifically with class II and class medical devices. A true technology creator, Eric has 42 US and international patents to his name. He has also served as General Manager of Ironclad Performance Wear, a premium Personal Protective Equipment provider. As the Ironclad GM, he was directly responsible for leading global sales and marketing, R&D, product development, manufacturing, supply chain and quality control teams. Eric is laser focused on product excellence and brand authenticity. His leadership ethos: Empower your teams to excel. Prior to Ironclad Performance Wear, Mr. Jaeger held engineering R&D positions at several medical device companies, developing novel technologies ranging from an artificial pancreas to electro-acoustic implantable hearing devices.
