Have utilized the learning experiences through a wide range of responsibilities in the tourism industry allowing me to shape an appropriate approach to any business challenge understanding the importance and impact of work/life balance. I find a common ground between emphasis on passion and commitment in my approach to business challenges. Market disruptions motivate me to utilize my common sense approach to change. As a self-motivated multi-tasker with strong research and analytical skills I take time in determining an effective plan of action. Personally, I manage and alleviate stress through a daily commitment to exercise. A healthy body provides a sensible approach to daily tasks. It was this balance that allowed me to work through the challenges of re-building post Katrina in New Orleans as well as the unique circumstances we faced during COVID. Strength in tactical deployment, market research analysis, turnaround management, and advertising as it relates to the overall sales/operation related processes.
