Eric Janeway is an enthusiastic and persistent Marketing and Business Development professional. His strong existing skills in Sales, Marketing, Creative Design, and Management, including an outstanding work ethic, are impressive. His successful assistance in new store development activities for Subway Sandwich Operations has been excellent. Eric has developed workable, and varied, action plans that have led stores to maximum revenue performance. Eric started his work career while still in high school. He has had an amazing array of Internships and part-time jobs, learning the business world and growing in acute Operations knowledge. Quickly he became an expert in development activities for the Subcon Inc.company that have made noticeable differences in Operations performance. His maturity and ability to thrive in multidimensional environments have given him a broad business perspective equal or better than comparable employees with advanced degrees. With creativity, tact, and diplomacy, Eric has enjoyed real growth in his present Field Consultant position with Subcon, Inc. He has management responsibility for 40 stores throughout the New York City area and his role is that of a stand-alone, individual contributor. He is especially adept at assisting new owners of Subway stores in their implementation, and his advice is trusted and followed. In 2009, Eric worked as a Summer Research Assistant for the Jane’s Information Group in their D.C. Office, performing subject/program related searches for analysis and managing the CRM with customer cases and entries. In another summer Internship as a Research Assistant, with Documental Solutions in Baltimore, he provided assistance to the Director of Client Services, working across 28 companies providing information and support.
