About Eric Jaslin

Sailor and officer, my years in the Navy gave me the opportunity to climb up to a commanding officer position at sea, leading my teams and crew through all sorts of operations. It involved a lot of education but also a good deal of training as I enjoy sharing experiences, I have learned from successes but also difficulties. Dealing with human resources issues as well as planning operations is my business. Managing teams skills to find effective solutions to problems is one of my skills. Qualified in Maritime Security, I do enjoy working in an International environment involving teamwork.'Alone, you may go fast but as a team you definitely go further'. Experiences in other nations' navies (US, UK) or inside multinational organisations (EU, NATO) not only gave me some language skills, they also gave me the wish to go even further by knowing other cultures and languages (Spanish or more recently Italian). Give me a mission, I'll drive my team to conceptualize a path to success, a plan for execution and to conduct it, and get ready for next iteration if need be.
