About Eric Jean

Eric Jean has over 15 years of experience in consulting, during which he has developed a deep understanding of enterprise solutions and their implementation. Early in his career, he worked on Transport and Warehouse Management Systems as well as Business Intelligence, learning the importance of aligning technology with operational needs. His transition to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with Oracle NetSuite since 2016 taught him how to deliver scalable and efficient systems tailored to diverse industries. Leading the implementation team for the French-speaking EMEA market after Oracle’s acquisition of NetSuite broadened Eric’s perspective on cross-industry challenges and opportunities. This experience enhanced his ability to navigate complex projects, build collaborative teams, and advise C-level executives on strategies that balance innovation with practicality. In 2021, Eric joined OneSolutions to lead the NetSuite offering, where he applies his extensive experience to support the team and grow the NetSuite business unit. This role allows him to bring together his technical expertise, strategic insight, and commitment to delivering impactful solutions that foster long-term success for both clients and the organization.
