About Eric Jesus

Graduated in Computer Networks from IFRJ – Arraial do Cabo Campus, with advanced English and solid experience in IT infrastructure. I worked for over a year as an IT technician in a hospital environment, where I developed practical skills in configuring network devices, servers, networks, virtualized environments and monitoring systems. During this period, I also worked with proxies, corporate Wi-Fi networks, access control, data extraction via SQL and technical support for internal systems such as ERP, hotel and hospital reception. In addition, I have previous experience with IoT technologies, SIP servers and structured cabling during my internship in the telecommunications area. I currently work as an individual contractor in technology projects, focusing on technical support, networks and infrastructure. I find it easy to learn new tools, work independently and collaborate with distributed teams. I'm seeking remote work opportunities because this approach directly impacts my personal and professional goals. I live far from my family, and working remotely allows me to have a better quality of life and balance while maintaining focus and responsibility. I'm fully available to contribute to any needs, offering technical support, working with networks, infrastructure, or any other team needs. I believe that, with my practical experience and adaptability, I can add value in different contexts, even remotely.
