My focus is the process of identifying high-value problems to solve and telling a story that is grounded in data & research, the voice of the consumer, and aligned business objectives. The story, i.e, strategic narrative, articulates the vision and approach to delivering against defined OKRs (objectives and key results) helping to build trust with stakeholders, empower teams, and delight members. It's not just about creating a plan, it's also about knowing why you need a plan and what to plan for.now and years from now.
