About Eric Jurado

With over 20 years of experience in the trade show industry, I am a seasoned producer, consultant, and board member who is passionate about advancing and supporting the Latino food sector across the country. I have a strong background in sales, marketing, business development, and market research, and I leverage these skills to create and deliver successful trade events that showcase the best products, services, and opportunities for Latino restaurant, market, chef, and street vendor professionals.Currently, I am the producer of Antojo Industry Trade Expo, the premier business destination for the Latino food industry, where I oversee the planning, execution, and promotion of the annual event that attracts hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees. I am also a consultant for the Latino Restaurant Association, where I provide strategic guidance and support to restaurateurs and small business owners on various aspects of their operations, such as menu development, marketing, financing, and compliance. In addition, I serve as a board member for the Latino Food Industry Association, where I advocate for the interests and rights of our members and the food industry at large in the local, state, and national levels. Through these roles, I aim to empower, educate, and connect the Latino food community and contribute to its equitable and sustainable growth.
