About Eric Kasper

My career has been driven by my curiosity and insatiable desire to learn and add value. From my time leading organizations at The University of Texas and within The United States Army, I have developed a strong analytical approach to solving problems as well as a commitment to engaging these problems through inspiring others around me. I have experience as an Operations Manager in developing teams towards operational efficiencies through envisioning, designing, and demonstrating business solutions to support customer experience and revenue generation at Texas Instruments. My skills in my current role allow me to combine my expertise in people management and process improvement to make immediate impact to the semiconductor space. I have a strong data background with a M.S. in Economics from Purdue University Krannert School of Management. Currently pursuing an MBA at UT McCombs DFW program. Please feel free to reach out.
