About Eric Kelemen

As President of Advisory at MDRN Capital, I help redefine what retirement planning can look like in a digital-first world. MDRN Capital is a full-service partner in the retirement journey, offering everything from asset management and tax planning and estate planning all through a seamless virtual experience. My focus is on improving both client and colleague experiences through clarity, communication, and trust. With nearly two decades in the financial industry, I’ve learned that great advising starts with great listening. My leadership philosophy is rooted in helping people—both clients and advisors, reach their fullest potential. I lead with process, structure, and empathy, ensuring that every advisor on my team has the tools, coaching, and accountability to deliver meaningful outcomes for their clients. Before joining MDRN Capital, I served as an Innovation Team Leader at Park National Bank, where I helped identify and test performance strategies to enhance customer experience. Earlier, during my 12-year tenure with Huntington Bank, I managed more than 100 branches and nearly employees, building systems that prioritized associate development and client education. Across every role, my focus has been consistent: simplify the complex, communicate clearly, and put people first. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Ferris State University. Outside of work, you’ll find me in Dublin, Ohio, with my wife, Kerry, cheering on our two daughters at their soccer and basketball games and, as a proud Michigan fan living in Columbus, getting a fair share of good-natured ribbing.
